Any Efforts and Actions taken is to the best interest of Marayo Bank and its subsidiaries. Any paid contract is allocated for Social Media Marketing. This website, is a proof of concept as approved by previous contract agreements and is the sole Intellectual Property of Purple Heart based on content, imagery and domain but not including the actual Branding Icon of Marayo Bank Inc. 

In no way shall Purple Heart be held liable for any misuse of the brand as agreed upon for sole marketing purposes. Purple Heart Agrees the transfer of rights and ownership with the appropriate agreed fees and transfer of intellectual properties when requested. Any fees incurred and time accrued will be compensated as to the overall impact of the marketing strategies after any existing contracts and add-ons. This is duly agreed upon with no intention of infringement.

The marayobank.com domain is owned by Purple Heart and may see fit as to its usage for future use. It does not identify directly to other brands solely and directly as “marayobank” and not “marayo bank” and is not representative of the current entity the domain name is using. It can be used for any purpose the original registrant, in this case Purple Heart see fits for its other purposes. This is with Existing Ad Hoc Agreement for local Marketing Campaigns.
